QRP International offers three different formats to help you get certificated. We offer On-site, Virtual and E-learning training. In quality they are all alike, the only difference is what fits your needs and objectives. Both the On-site and the Virtual courses can be held inhouse (with your colleagues only) and open (with other professionals from different fields). The general term “Agile” represents a variety of methods and practices that align with the value statements present in the Agile manifesto. Agile is a mindset. There is not one Agile Project Management approach that works for all situations; rather there are several types of Agile methods (often called frameworks) to help meet the varying needs of different organizations and teams.

The goal of this white paper from Axelos is to introduce PRINCE2 and PRINCE2 Agile to people working in agile environments, by answering questions like “Can PRINCE2 work with an Agile delivery mechanism?” and “Even knowing that PRINCE2 can work with an agile delivery model, why should I want to know more about this?
