PMP Exam Preparation Course

The PMP Exam Preparation course is designed for individuals who have on-the-job project management experience. The training addresses all professionals, regardless of having the Project Manager title, past project management training and/or project manager certifications.

PMP Exam Preparation course aims to ensure that a candidate can apply the generally recognized practices of project management, acknowledged by the Project Management Institute (PMI), to successfully manage projects.

Following the completion of the course participants should be able to:

Understand and apply the processes and practices required to build effective, high-performing teams
Plan the project (budget, schedule, scope, quality, project activities, procurement, and closure)
Execute project to deliver business value
Ensure that the project’s success can be consistently repeated within your organisation

Course Prerequisites

It is desirable, but not essential, that participants have some work-experience on projects.

Exam Prerequisites

Before you apply for the exam, participant should make sure to meet one of the following sets of qualifications:

A four-year degree
36 months leading projects
35 hours of project management education/training

– OR –

A high school diploma
An associate’s degree or global equivalent
60 months leading projects
35 hours of project management education/training
