PRINCE2 Agile Practitioner Course

The PRINCE2 Agile Practitioner course explores practical application of the PRINCE2 Agile method with real-world scenarios.

The course begins with an overview of the basic concepts of common Agile ways of working. It progresses to being able to apply or tailor the PRINCE2 principles to a project in an Agile context.

The purpose of the PRINCE2 Agile Practitioner certification is to assess whether a candidate can apply and tailor the PRINCE2 Agile concepts, frameworks, and techniques.

Following the completion of the course participants should:

  • Understand key concepts relating to the agile mindset, people (including organizational change management) and project management
  • Understand the PRINCE2 Agile practices and their application along with the roles
  • Understand the PRINCE2 Agile processes and their application
  • Understand the application of PRINCE2 Agile in the wider context
  • Pass the PRINCE2 Agile Practitioner exam.

  • Project and Programme Managers who hold a current PRINCE2 or PRINCE2 Agile Foundation qualification
  • Key staff involved with integrating project management with product delivery

  • 2.5 hours
  • 50 questions
  • 60% pass mark
  • Open book (PRINCE2 Agile manual only)

Upon successful completion of the exam and following confirmation of the results, the participants will receive a unique, secure and auditable electronic certificate from PeopleCert.

Some pre-read material is provided prior to the training and is expected to be fully read and studied before attending the course.

To take the PRINCE2 Agile Practitioner exam you must provide proof of having passed one of the following project management certifications:

  • PRINCE2 Foundation
  • PRINCE2 Practitioner
  • PRINCE2 Agile Foundation
  • Project Management Professional (PMP)
  • Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM)
  • IPMA Level A®, B®, C® or D®
  • Project Management Qualification (PMQ)
